LEONARDO W

ABOUT

He is bred out of the full sister of Nixon van ’t Meulenhof and half-sister of Emerald van ’t Ruytershof and he has also got the wow factor. The 2019-born Leonardo W is such a special one that many riders would open the stable doors for him. A jumping horse with a lot of scope and a good attitude.

Sire Leandro VG has jumped at 1.50m Grand Prix level under Jeroen De Winter (BEL). He was final winner of the Stallion Competition in Belgium as a 7-yr-old. As an 8-yr-old he jumped a clear round in his first Longines ranking competition (1.45m to 1.50m level). He is active at 1.40m to 1.45m level now after a long break and it looks very promising.

Dam Quattro Stagioni van ’t Meulenhof (Denzel van ’t Meulenhof) is very interestingly bred. She comes out of Carthina Z (Carthago x Lys de Darmen), who is known as dam of Emerald van ’t Ruytershof (1.60m GP), Nixon van ’t Meulenhof (1.60m GP), Diamanthina van ’t Ruytershof (1.60m GP), Ilusionata van ’t Ruytershof (1.70m GP), L’Innocence van ’t Ruytershof (1.55m level). In short, a top-class pedigree.
