Mylord’s Design W Z isn’t just strikingly colored; she also shows a great attitude and carefulness over jumps. At the time of filming, she was only seven weeks under saddle.

Her sire, Mylord van ’t Vlasmeer (1.30m level showjumping), is an AES-approved son of Emerald van ’t Ruytershof and a full brother to the 1.60m Grand Prix stallion Ilias, ridden by McLain Ward.

Her striking color comes from her damline. Dam Special Design (Sempatico M) and granddam Samsara (Sambuco B) were both pinto mares. Special Design has already produced two international 1.25m level showjumping horses: the pinto AES-approved stallion UCS Vantage and the pinto UCS Cornets Design.  Her daughter UCS De Dior, also a pinto, is a CIC2* eventing horse with Lottie Kennedy (GBR).
