Orchid's Cornet is a three-year-old gelding with a height of 1.47m, already saddle-broken and showing great promise for the future. He demonstrates a lot of scope and carefulness during loose jumping. We believe he could excel in higher classes.
His sire, Zapp VR, stood out in all disciplines, excelling in the Dutch Z1 dressage, Z jumping and international eventing as an NRPS-approved pony stallion.
His dam Orchid's Kiona is sired by the highly successful breeding pony stallion Kanshebber. This lineage has produced several European Champoionships ponies that have jumped 1.30m +, such as Kiona’s full sister Orchid’s Anucia.
* Orchids Cornet is being offered at auction for the second time. He appears to suffer slightly from summer eczema, and the previous buyers wanted to keep him 27/4 outdoors. At the seller’s location in Zeeland, the pony had no issues and stayed in the paddock without any problems.
