TEXAS VAN HET GENELAAR

The five-year-old Texas van het Genelaar is not going to struggle with higher fences. This tall gelding jumps with scope and aims to be careful. He does not yet have much showjumping experience under saddle and has mostly been ridden recreationally by an amateur. 

Sire Kentucky van 't Ruytershof jumped his first 1.55m courses at ten years old with Ivo Biessen. He is known as the son of two 1.60m Grand Prix horses: For Pleasure and Diamanthina van 't Ruytershof. He is closely related to numerous top horses, including the Olympic stallion Emerald van 't Ruytershof. 

Dam Ma Reve van het Genelaar (Nabab de Reve) is also the dam of Quelle Reve van het Genelaar, who last year competed in his first international 1.35m classes at the age of seven. 

Granddam Bonnie van de Noordheuvel (Burggraaf) jumped 1.35m classes and produced a 1.45m, 1.35m and 1.30m level jumper. Great-granddam Liana (Fantastique) competed at 1.40m level.
