What stables does not want to have an Emerald out of a 1.50m Grand Prix mare? The 4-yr-old Tip Top EH will make many expectations come true. He is a wonderful bloodhorse with a fast take-off and an excellent hindleg technique.
Emerald van ’t Ruytershof went through an impressive career under Harrie Smolders and has produced a great amount of Grand Prix horses. Nine of them are even placed at 1.65m to 1.70m level, including Igor, Jaguar van de Berghoeve, Mandato van de Neerheide and Nikka vd Bisschop.
Dam Caramel Z (Caretano Z) jumped up to 1.45m and 1.50m level under Yuko Itakaru (JPN) and Alexandra Mairi Carter (RSA). She is a half-sister of the international showjumping horses Garcia (1.45m level) and Ibelle V (1.40m level).
Grandam Nibelle (Sheyenne de Baugy) is also grandam of Norton Z (1.50m level), Zita Z (1.40m level) and four 1.30m to 1.35m level showjumping horses.
