This is a horse for the future! Umpire van de Donkhoeve is only a 2-yr-old but already shows a lot of potential. A very good jumper, an athletic body and a big heart. We are bound to hear more of this one.

 

Sire Parfait van het Schaeck (Comme il Faut) is a 7-yr-old, internationally 1.40m level placed stallion with a sublime pedigree. His dam is the 1.65m Grand Prix mare Like A Diamond van het Schaeck, who is ridden by Marlon Modolo Zanotelli (BRA) and participated at the European Championships in Herning this year. Parfait’s grandam and great-grandam jumped 1.55m and 1.60m Grand Prix’s.

 

Umpire’s dam Robinia van de Donkhoeve descends from the 1.60m Grand Prix stallions Lavallino Ter Klomp x Heartbreaker x Robin I Z x Chin Chin x Zadok. The Chin Chin daughter Ramona van de Gaver bred very well and also supplied the Grand Prix horses Utopia van de Donkhoeve (1.60m under Pieter Devos), Wizard van de Donkhoeve (1.45m level under Wilm Vermeir) and the 8-yr-old Ovidius van de Donkhoeve (1.50m level under Donald Whitaker).
