ABOUT

The 3-yr-old Caviar Hof Van Eversem Z, grandson of the famous European Championships mare Walnut de Muze, is a handsome sport horse, suitable for several disciplines, but in any case as a showjumping or equitation horse. This blood horse moves well, has a powerful take-off and doesn’t want to make any mistakes.

His sire Colorit Z always gave his best in the Grand Prix ring under Christian Ahlmann and achieved great successes. He is still a great looker. The offspring are much desired amongst the showjumping riders.

The damline is very famous. Caviar is bred out of the 1.55m Grand Prix mare Fetard de la Pomme (Querlybet Hero), who was ridden by Koen Vereecke. She already produced two good international showjumping horses: the 13-yr-old Kalid de Muze (1.45m level with Maia Pictet, SUI) and the 12-yr-old Lover Boy Van Het Schaeck (1.55m GP with Dries Dekkers, BEL).

Grandam Exquis Walnut de Muze was Harrie Smolders’ top-class horse for many years. She supplied four 1.50m to 1.55m Grand Prix horses, including the approved stallions I’m Special de Muze and Falaise de Muze. She comes out of the World Cup mare Qerly Chin, dam of four 1.60m Grand Prix horses and founder of an extremely successful sport family.
